Who we are

Michael L. Sullivan. Business development manager, property manager, real estate broker, and broker in charge of MLSullivan™. Michael is responsible for all management agreement negotiation, execution and ratification and all tenant lease creation, negotiation and execution.  Additionally, he is responsible for all major repair and renovation management/coordination. Michael manages all repairs that could be classified as significant or problematic. Michael controls all monies held in trust for tenants and landlords. Michael can be reached at 919-263-2442 or Michael@MLSullivan.com 

Turner Bass. Property manager and real estate broker at MLSullivan™. He is our director of operations and tenant experience. Turner is responsible for management agreement negotiation, execution, and ratification, and tenant lease creation, negotiation and execution.  Turner shows tenants properties and institutes tenant background checks. Additionally, Turner is responsible for major repair and renovation management/coordination. Liane Alaimo (pronounced Leeanne). Liane is the office administrator. Liane handles all operating bookkeeping. Liane coordinates day-to-day maintenance requests and vendor payments. Liane is generally the voice that you hear answering the phone M-F 8 am to 2 pm and as late as 5 pm. Liane is the point of contact for all routine questions and information. Liane is the point of contact for tenant walk through coordination when tenancies turn over. Liane can provide any routine bookkeeping requests including tenant invoices, vendor invoices and year-end statements, Liane can typically reach Michael should the need arise. Liane can be reached at 919-263-2475 or ClientCare@MLSullivan.com 

Korie Oakley. Korie is assistant office administrator. She is responsible for marketing and paperwork compliance at MLSullivan™. She is our landlord/vendor/HOA liaison. Angela Daye. Angela is our lead assistant property manager. Angela visits our rented homes outside every 10 to 16 weeks and she conducts bi-annual walk-through tours with current tenants. Angela ensures that properties are orderly and tidy and alerts rental owners if she notices items that require maintenance or repairs. Angela verifies that minor repairs are completed in a workman like manner for quality assurance. Angela works M-F 10 am to 5 pm. Angela can be reached at -589-1975 or Angela@MLSullivan.com 

Noah St John.  Noah is a property manager. He is director of maintenance and repairs and is responsible for lease renewals. Noah's job is to show tenants properties and guide them through the application process. Noah creates leasing agreements and management agreements.  Noah can be contacted at 919-766-6324 or Noah@MLSullivan.com 

Brett Rodgers Brett is a property manager. He is our marketing director. Brett's responsibilities are to manage homes, to show tenants available homes and guide them through the leasing process. Brett creates leasing agreements and management agreements and actively works with landlords to maintain their properties. Brett markets homes to achieve the best possible outcomes for our landlords. Jay Davis Jay is a property manager. Jay's job is to show tenants properties and guide them through the application process. Jay creates leasing agreements and management agreements. Jay is responsible for some major repair and renovation management/coordination. Jay also manages repairs that could be classified as significant or problematic. Jolee Nicholson is an assistant property manager. Jolee visits our rented homes outside every 10 to 16 weeks and she and Angela Daye conduct bi-annual walk-through tours with current tenants.
